Online Course

Online course ZMENA is designed for community activists who want to develop their competence to work effectively with the citizens on the ground. The course is based on the Belarusian context and uses the experience of the implementation of projects in the local communities of Belarus.

The basic course consists of 7 lessons. Participants will learn what a local community is, how to assess the needs of a local community, how to plan a solution to a local problem and attract resources to deal with it, how to work with the stakeholders, including local authorities, business, and media.

Working language is Russian. The course takes about 5-6 hours.

Zmena Online School is implemented by the Center for Cultural Management (Minsk, Belarus) in the partnership with Social Film Studio (Minsk, Belarus), with the assistance of the international organization Pact and support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
